  BENGALURU: Rock legends Def Leppard rocked Bengaluru with their hit numbers at NICE Grounds. A bit of rain before the concert did not deter the enthusiastic crowd.   The huge crowd went hysterical watching the legends on the stage.     Environmentalist U S Moinuddin collects plastic waste from a construction site in support of the 2025 World Environment Day theme Ending Plastic Pollution. BENGALURU: Every year the World Environment Day is celebrated on the 5 th of June, across the world with a different theme. The theme for the World Environment Day 2025 is “Ending Plastic Pollution.” It is a global campaign led by the United Nations Environment Programme.   This theme focuses on the immediate need to reduce and eliminate plastic waste from our planet. The campaign aims to strengthen global commitment by mobilizing communities, industries, and governments to this cause and bring upon collective action for a sustainable future free from plastic pollution.
